COVID-19

A fever and symptoms of lower respiratory illness or pneumonia, AND

Together with Fever, Fatigue, Cough, Shortness of breath or blood in the sputum.

Traveled within 14 days outside of the country ;

OR, had close contact with a confirmed or probable case of C0VID-19.

Call your health care provider or public health authority for next steps
